Yes we try to make it as easy as possible, just email us hello@sarahharan.com and we will register your return and book in a courier drop off for you. You then take your return to a DPD collection point and they will print a label and get the goods back to us. We do charge £7 which we deduct from your order. If you prefer we can also arrange DPD to come to your house or office but there is a £10 charge
Your order will arrive beautifully packaged in a bespoke Sarah Haran box (and its recyclable) with all products wrapped in tissue and lovingly boxed up. The box is then placed in a recycled bag to protect it from the elements.
