Delivery & Returns
- We send via courier or Royal Mail and the parcel will arrive next day if ordered by 12pm in the UK and 2 days later if you are based outside the UK. You can see our shipping information here.

- If you order a pre order item as well as stock items, we will send all goods together. If you wish to split the order and receive stock items first, then we suggest you create two orders and order separately or we will contact you when the pre order arrives and you can use our shipping service.

Yes we try to make it as easy as possible, just email us hello@sarahharan.com and we will register your return and book in a courier drop off for you. You then take your return to a DPD collection point and they will print a label and get the goods back to us. We do charge £7 which we deduct from your order. If you prefer we can also arrange DPD to come to your house or office but there is a £10 charge
Your order will arrive beautifully packaged in a bespoke Sarah Haran box (and its recyclable) with all products wrapped in tissue and lovingly boxed up. The box is then placed in a recycled bag to protect it from the elements.
