With growing collections, there's a possibility that you may end up with one or two duplicates along the way. As a VIP, we are now offering the service that you can upgrade your bag by swapping one piece out for another. 

Our concept is that you can change the look of your bag by adding various accessories to it using our stunning range restyle products. As your collection grows and you may end up with duplicates, we are offering a service to allow you to upgrade for a different colour from the core range, or if you wish to upgrade to a seasonal coloured or textured leather, there would be a 50% charge of the swapped products RRP. 

Our core colours are Black, Navy, Pillarbox Red, Porcelain, Orchid. 

So for example, you purchase a Dahlia and want to swap the black tassel to a leopard tassel (RRP £70), then this would be £35. Or you buy a Millie and want to swap out a red deco strip to a tangerine one (RRP £50) then this would be £25. 

The £5 charge covers the admin work. 

Please note this is only applicable for full price items. Sale items can be costed on a case by case basis.
