We’re absolutely delighted that you’ve chosen to place an order with us.
From the moment your Sarah Haran piece arrives, we want it to feel truly special, like receiving a little box of joy.
Every item is lovingly wrapped in tissue, carefully placed in one of our signature cotton dust bags and nestled into a reusable keepsake box, perfect for storing and protecting your collection. To keep everything safe on its journey to you, your box is then sealed inside a recyclable black outer bag, so it arrives just as beautifully as it left us.
We want your whole experience with Sarah Haran to feel effortless, thoughtful and joyful, from choosing your piece to receiving it, styling it and, if needed, arranging a return or SHwap. You’ll find all the helpful details below:

Delivery is on us when you spend £200 or more, and every order includes our signature packing and wrapping.

Orders placed before 12 noon are processed as quickly as possible, and we generally aim to send them the same day, excluding weekends.
During peak periods, busy gifting seasons or winter weather, delivery can take a little longer, so please allow up to 2 additional days.
Where possible, we’ll combine orders placed on the same day or over a weekend. It’s kinder to the planet, helps reduce packaging and keeps things beautifully simple.
International Delivery:
We’re always delighted to send our pieces further afield.
Spend £500 or more and we’ll cover your delivery and gift wrapping costs. Local duties and taxes are your responsibility, but where possible these are charged at checkout so there are no unexpected surprises when your order arrives. We cover any export duties or taxes that may apply.

Please note, for some international destinations a courier surcharge may apply if the address is classed as a remote location. If this happens, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
Other useful delivery information:
If your order includes both a pre-order item and pieces that are already in stock, we will usually send everything together. If your pre-order item is due to arrive more than one week later, we may send your in-stock items first where possible.
If you would definitely like your in-stock pieces to arrive separately, please place them as a separate order. That way we can get them on their way to you without waiting for your pre-order item.
Where we can, we will combine orders, especially when they are placed on the same day or over a weekend. This helps us reduce packaging and unnecessary journeys, while still making sure your box of joy arrives safely.
Returns & SHwaps
We hope you love your Sarah Haran piece the moment you unwrap it. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make the return or SHwap process as smooth as possible.
You have 14 days from the date of your order to request a return for a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Sale items can be exchanged within 14 days.
Sample sale and discontinued pieces are final sale, so they are non-refundable.
Pre-order, bespoke and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty, as they are made especially for you or produced in very small batches. If you do change your mind, we’ll always try to help you resell your piece anonymously within our community, though this can’t be guaranteed.
All returns must arrive back with us in pristine condition, with all original packaging included.
Return postage is your responsibility. If helpful, we can provide a prepaid return label for £8, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned item.

Pre-Orders & Bespoke Items
Some Sarah Haran pieces are made especially for you, either personally or as part of a small-batch production. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns on pre-order, bespoke or made-to-order items unless your item is faulty. If you change your mind, please do get in touch. While we can’t guarantee a resale, we’ll do our best to help you find a new home for your piece through our community, and this can be handled anonymously.
Discount Codes
Forgot to use your discount code? It happens. Drop us an email within 2 hours of placing your order and, where possible, we’ll refund the difference for you. A £2 admin fee applies.
Holds & Combined Orders
Need a little more time to meet the free delivery threshold? We’re happy to hold your order for up to 7 days free of charge.
After 7 days, we charge £5 per week to cover storage.
If we don’t hear from you, we’ll send your order on its way so your box of joy reaches you without unnecessary delay.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with Sarah Haran within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the withdrawal link on our website, or contact us at hello@sarahharan.com. Please include your name and order reference. We will confirm receipt of your request by email without delay
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your request, provided we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of return.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
