Do I get a gift on my birthday?

You certainly do - it's time to celebrate! But you do have to tell us your birthday, so email us and watch our for your surprise

How and when can I Join?

It’s simple to join and you can join at any time. The membership fee is £25.00 initially and then £20 per year after this. You will also be able to reserve your complimentary handbag which is offered every quarter to club members upon meeting a minimum spend. As soon as you reserve a complimentary bag, all spend will go towards the complimentary handbag promotion as long as you use your 10% member code and no other discounts, unless specified by us. We suggest you join and wait to receive your personal code so that all spend you make will immediately contribute. You will receive your member 10% discount code via email. This code can be used for all your club purchases and can be shared with your friends. You will also be invited into our exclusive Facebook group and with your first purchase you will receive an exclusive gift. Join Bags of Joy here.

How long does my membership last for?

The VIP Club runs continually. Once you join your annual membership will automatically renew 12 months after your joining date. The membership will renew annually for £25 unless you wish to cancel. You can manage your subscription by logging into your customer account.

Handbag Care

How will the leather on my handbag age?

Different leathers age in different ways and some are more delicate than others. Full grain leather is one of the most hardwearing so handbags in our Signature collections are great for everyday use. Where we use a limited edition leather you may find that the leather is not as hardwearing. Be considerate to your bag and use limited editions more carefully. Tell me about your leathers...

Sarah Haran Accessories create beautiful leather bags from the most carefully chosen and finest natural leathers. The leather used is of the highest quality and is biodegradable and is a by product of the food & dairy chain. Sourced in Italy and made in small production runs we use 100% Full Grain Italian Leather for the majority of our Signature collection and source other leathers for their uniqueness and interesting textures or patterns. We always source from reputable, ethical tanneries that are Gold members of the Leather Working Group. For more information on our leathers please refer to Our Leathers

Wear and Tear

Handbags will develop wear & tear depending on how often you use your handbag. Following the instructions in our Handbag Care Guide will help maintain the beauty of your handbag. Simple but regular cleaning and maintenance will make a difference so do spare the time.

Mystery Box

Are Mystery Boxes returnable?

In short, no. Mystery Boxes are final sale. Receiving one is such a unique experience (at an amazing value) we're not able to accommodate any returns or exchanges. All Mystery Box purchases are final sale. Trust US with your box - we know how to spread the joy!

Can I exchange an item in my box for another item of the same RRP?

No, we cannot accommodate these types of swaps, so please remember if you do decide to purchase a Mystery Box that the sale is final but without taking the risk you won't experience the true joy of receiving one that our customers love so much!

Can I order more than 1 box?

No, the Mystery Boxes are strictly limited to one box per customer for each promotion. We do run these at different times during the year, so there will always be future opportunity to purchase another if you miss this one!

Do the Mystery Boxes count towards my VIP Complimentary Bag Spend?

Yes, these are a perfect way to build your collection and work towards your quarterly spend!

I'd love to take part but I have style preferences. Can I tell you?

We like to think we know what our customers will pick before they do, and we know that you will be blown away with the pieces in your box. You can certainly leave a note on your order that offers some guidance, but with that being said, we are unable to look at wish lists or reference exact order history, nor do we collect personal preference(s). BUT - we know the magic of the unboxing moment will go beyond your expectations! Remember its a mystery what you get so give in to the joy of that!

I'm a loyal customer - will I receive an item I already own?

We love it when our existing customers partake in Mystery Box promotions and actively encourage you to do so to step outside your comfort zone and receive joyful surprises! That being said, we do not reference your previous order history. There is a chance you'll receive an item you already own so we can't make promises here - but we will do our best to avoid duplicates.

What is a Mystery Box?

A Mystery Box is one of our most-anticipated product events! Limited-edition mystery boxes are available in limited quantities for a very limited time. These thematic boxes have been curated by US to include a variety of surprise styles that we know you'll love. Because they're a mystery, boxes are offered at some of our best discounts all year. Because these prices are unbeatable, boxes are final sale. Without risk, there's no reward! The perfect way to try joyful new additions in your collection that you may not have considered before!

What is the value of a Mystery Box?

The Mystery Box will vary on value depending on when we are running it. The boxes value is always based on the original RRP of an item, and you will always save at least 50% on our Mystery Boxes!

How do I use Preloved

<ol><li>Log in with the email address you use for your Sarah Haran account – the email that you originally used when you first purchased items.</li><li>Once logged in you have access to your collection via a digital wardrobe - all your collection will be available, stored joyfully in your wardrobe!</li><li>Set your price and item’s condition on the product listings and then click sell!</li><li>Once sold you can use the preloved delivery system to send the item to the purchaser.</li><li>Once they accept they have received the item you will be sent your Sarah Haran SHooping Vouchers to make new purchases directly at the Sarah Haran website.</li></ol>

How does Preloved work?

Our partnership with Continue means you can manage your wardrobe via our Preloved Platform which is only for VIP's so that you can sell your collection at any time throughout the year.

You can turn your collection into shopping credit vouchers to enable you to purchase new Sarah Haran products whilst assisting fellow VIP's with their wish list and making room in your own wardrobe. Circularity makes SHense. Working along side our SHwap SHop, the Preloved Platform will enable you to upload and sell to your fellow VIP's.

Are the products authentic on Preloved?

You cannot sell items you have purchased in the previous 12 weeks or this quarters complimentary items

SHwap SHop items can be uploaded to your digital wardrobe. As we do not know what you have purchased you will have to do this yourself

Any sales will be credited to you as SHopping Vouchers

You can sell at any time of year

Currently only available to those with VIP status

All pieces in the preloved collection have been originally purchased from Sarah Haran or from the VIP's using the SHwap SHop, so no more concerns about authenticity. You could check if the item was acquired direct or from the SHwap SHop for your own information.

Our production values

We have travelled the world looking for the highest quality production. We have sampled and tested all our suppliers to ensure that the level of craftsmanship is of the highest and best quality. All the factories we use are family run businesses with generations of craftspeople that have impressive skills passed through the family over the years. We love to work with small production houses that have the same view of the world as us. Ethical, high quality with regard to looking after staff and suppliers to create the best working practices available.

Purchasing & Payment

Aftercare and our lifetime guarantee

All our bags carry a lifetime guarantee from the date of purchase. If within this period you detect a fault, the bag will be repaired or, if necessary, replaced at no extra cost. If the handbag has deteriorated due to wear or tear or a lack of care we will discuss this with you. For more information refer to our Handbag Care Guide

Can I amend my order after I've made a purchase?

If you would like to amend an order once it has been placed please email us we will do our best to assist you. If you forget to use a discount code, please contact us within 24 hours of having made purchase and we will be happy to apply this retrospectively for you. Unfortunately out with this time frame we will not be able to apply the discount code.

Can I use Klarna to pay over 3 months?

Absolutely! Klarna is here to help you break up your payments in a manageable way for you - it's all about making the SHoopsies easier! For example, if you purchase a bag for £495 and choose to pay over 3 months, the £495 will go straight towards your overall spend as soon as the first payment is made. Can I use Klarna to spread the costs?

Absolutely! Klarna is here to help you break up your payments in a manageable way for you - it's all about making the SHoopsies easier! For example, if you purchase a bag for £495 and choose to pay over 3 months, the £495 will go straight towards your overall spend as soon as the first payment is made.

Do you accept Klarna?

Do you guarantee your products?

We most certainly do, in fact we provide a lifetime guarantee against our handbags. Please see our Handbag Guarantee for peace of mind.

Do you send personalised requests?

On occasion we do as we like to get the most relevant products to the right customer. If you want to tell us a little more about you then let us know by emailing hello@sarahharan.com so we have as much information to tailor the right products to you as possible!

Is it safe to use my card online at Sarah Haran

Absolutely. All transactions on this website are processed via Shopify and Paypal both of which are secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in a secure hosted environment. We also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data and we do not store or have access to your payment details after you have made a purchase.

Mystery Boxes

Our mystery boxes are non refundable. Individual items cannot be exchanged or swapped - the full box must be returned in exchange for credit towards another purchase. The value of the box is based on the value of the contents original RRP.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. We also offer Klarna Pay, which gives you two easy ways to shop. We also offer ClearPay as an alternative to Klarna. Choose Pay Later and get up to 30 days to pay for your Sarah Haran order with no interest and no fees. Or split the cost of your purchase into 3 monthly payments with no interest, no fees and no credit agreement. If you visit our Studio then we also accept cash payments and cheques. Shipping & Returns

Can I collect my order?

Yes if you are in the area then we are pleased to meet you as your pick up your delivery. If you do wish to do this then please contact us on Email us

Can I return a bespoke/made to order item?

We are sorry but as you can expect any item that has been made for you personally will not be able to be returned, unless of course in the unlikely event that we have not met our standards and the goods are faulty. We do hope that you appreciate that a bespoke/made to order item has been made especially for you.

Can I return a sale item?

We only offer an exchange on our sale items and are very happy to swap anything within 14 days of purchase. Please see our full returns policy <a href="https://www.sarahharan.com/pages/shipping" title="https://www.sarahharan.com/pages/shipping">here</a>.

Can I return items?

Of course! We offer hassle free returns, however if you are returning items that have made up your spend towards the complimentary bag, you will also need to return the complimentary bag, we hope you understand why, even though it will be super difficult to part with it! If this is not returned upon request, we will have to deduct the RRP value of the complimentary bag from your return, and we really wouldn't want to have to go down this route!

Can I still return items if I change my mind?

Of course! We offer hassle free returns, however if you are returning items that have made up your spend towards the complimentary bag, you will also need to return the complimentary bag, we hope you understand why, even though it will be super difficult to part with it! If this is not returned upon request, we will have to deduct the RRP value of the complimentary bag from your return, and we really wouldn't want to have to go down this route!

Please note that the £5 reservation fee associated with the complimentary bag promotion is non refundable.

Can you hold an item for me?

We will do our best to accommodate holds. Unfortunately we cannot do any customer holds during the month of November as it is our busiest time. If you are paying at a later date, the payment required for the order is the amount advertised on date of reservation. No offers can retrospectively be applied between date of hold and fulfilment/payment.

Do you deliver at the weekend?

If you are based in the UK then some areas, when sent via DPD may chose to deliver on a Saturday if the order has been placed by 12 noon on Friday. They do not guarantee this though. You can pick up yourself from our Studio if you wish by appointment. Global shipping can take up to 5 days and the courier may chose to deliver at the weekend.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We offer next day delivery for orders made by 12 noon. Orders after this time will be processed and passed to our courier for delivery the day after. You will be able to select options at check out. Full information on delivery is available here Delivery & Shipping

What is your returns policy?

We do hope that you will love our products, but we appreciate that you may change your mind. As such we provide easy returns which can be organised as detailed here Returns

Where do you ship?

We ship globally right across the world so you do not need to worry about receiving your box of joy from us. Globally we use DHL or Royal Mail. In the UK we use Royal Mail or DPD. For more information look here - Global Shipping
