For a truly luxury service our Concierge by Sarah Haran service is the perfect way to sell your bags or style collections.
You simply send us your articles. We take care of the rest and present them beautifully to their new owner. Fully authenticated we include a Certificate and a history of the bag. We will feature on our lives, and on platforms such as TIkTok, Facebook and Instagram
Ideal for customers who want ease, polish, and maximum exposure.

Community Preloved
Our DIY Preloved service is powered by industry experts Continue, & enables you to place your own listing and sell directly on our site. Goodbye Vinted!
You upload the details, set the price, and reach a community that already knows and loves our brand.
Best for customers who are happy to manage their own listing and can keep on top of getting back to purchasers.

SHwap SHop
Our SHwap SHop is our community-led way of keeping Sarah Haran bags and accessories in joyful circulation. Designed exclusively for our customers, it allows you to sell, swap or pass on pieces you’re no longer using, making space for something new while ensuring each item continues its story with someone who will truly love it.
£10 to join each quarterly session or complimentary to VIP members of the Bags of Joy Community
Preloved FAQ's
Who Can Purchase Preloved?
Any prospective or existing may purchase from our preloved collections. If you wish to purchase from the SHwap SHop you must pay your entry fee of £10 to buy or sell. If you are a VIP there is a one off charge but after that participation is complimentary as long as you are a VIP
How Do I know the products are authentic?
Any products that you purchase through our Concierge Collection" will have been authenticated by our team and will include an Authentication Certificate. All products will also be packaged in a Sarah Haran dust bag, tissued and placed in a Sarah Haran complimentary gift box
Does your lifetime guarantee cover a Preloved purchase?
If you have purchased through Concierge then the products will be covered by our lifetime guarantee. We do not cover products purchased through the SHwap SHop or through the community DIY platform
What condition will the bags be in?
Each bag in our Conceirge Preloved collection has been carefully checked and approved, ensuring it meets the standards you expect from Sarah Haran. These are timeless designs created to work hard, wear well and bring joy for years to come.
We carefully assess each item and accept only the following condition grades:
- New - A brand new item that has never been used.
- Excellent - Like new, with no visible signs of wear or defects.
- Very Good - Minor signs of wear only, not visible from a distance of 12 inches.
Items that fall outside these condition levels will not be accepted.
What condition criteria do i need to meet as a seller?
We carefully assess each item and accept only the following condition grades:

- Very Good - Minor signs of wear only, not visible from a distance of 12 inches.

How will the products arrive?
All products will be sent in Sarah Haran packaging and will be sent by post or courier dependent on the value of the order. Orders over £500 are sent complimentary with shipping. Below are sent by Royal Mail and will incur shipping charges that will be applied at check out
