Brand Ambassador Programme
What potential do I have for earning?
Whilst an Ambassador is not employed by Sarah Haran, you will receive commission for purchases made by customers that you introduce to the brand either at your own events or when you are attending events on behalf of Sarah Haran
- You will receive 10% commission on all first orders (ex VAT)
- You will receive 5% commission on all second and subsequent orders (ex VAT) from the same customer.
If a customers first order is already reduced (ie sale item) the ambassador will recieve 5% commision.
You will also have the potential to attend and represent Sarah Haran at events in your area or further afield. These events will be funded by the company and you will represent the brand and be paid an attendance fee as follows:

When attending an event to promote Sarah Haran as well as commission on every sale, you will also be incentivised to collect email addresses. The email addresses will go into a pot and all of those that attend the show will share the pot at the following rates:

Emails will be verified as they are entered into the Sarah Haran system. An ambassador can only introduce a customer once. If the customer has already been introduced and exists on the SH customer data base then the customer cannot be claimed.
Only email addresses collected at official SH events will be paid for by SH. You can provide email addresses collected outside of official events, these will not be paid for, however any subsequent sale will result in commision earned.
The commission pot for emails will be paid as a bulk commission that will be shared amongst the team that attends the show. So if you collect 151 email addresses the pot payment will be £190. This will be shared.
Can I have an example of what I could earn by attending a Sarah Haran show?
Obviously it is hard to work out perfectly what you would earn but based on the following assumptions here is an indication based on selling - 2 Dahlias, attendance for 1 day and putting 151 email addresses in the pot . One other person will also attends with you to share the email pot
Commission:
2 x Dahlia with 20% off - £792 incl VAT (buying via the website is 15% off for new customers)
You have to remove the VAT element of the sale so it then total - £634
You earn Commission at 10% for each bag = £63.40
So putting all that together you could earn the following:

What could I earn without attending Sarah Haran events?
You are of course encouraged to build your own network - or you might have one already and want to add our brand to your roster. If that is the case then you will earn commission as outlined above. What you earn will depend entirely on how many bags or accessories you sell but at 10% commission (ex VAT on the product) there is plenty of scope for you to earn commission. Selling 10 Dahlia handbags a month would result in £317 in commission and the joy of being a Sarah Haran Ambassador is that customers will return (we have a 60% a month customer return rate) and purchase restyle accessories from you. And even if they visit our site independently we will ensure you get paid for the sale as you will have given them your exclusive code to use!
Are there any further incentives for joining the programme?

You will also be able to take part in our Brand Ambassador Gift programme! As you introduce customers you will accumulate points that go towards you earning a complimentary Sarah Haran bag based on the number of new customers that you introduce each quarter*

- On occasion the brand will also offer special gifts that you can add as an incentive to your first time customers!

Brand Ambassador Terms
In order to ensure that Sarah Haran has a uniform brand identity and a positive brand image we have a set of rules for governance and communication.
We approach customers with respect and clarity and our Ambassador Programme is based on informing people about our unique products through personal, word-of-mouth recommendations and attendance at shows or events.
- Customers
1.0 All customers registered with Sarah Haran are customers of Sarah Haran, not the Ambassador.
1.1 The personal data of customers should not be used or kept by the Ambassador once they have been registered as Sarah Haran customers.
1.2 A new customer must be registered with Sarah Haran by sending an email to hello@sarahharan.com. This email should detail the customer name, address, email address and how they were acquired. It must be sent before, or within 24 hours after a new customer places an order for an order to qualify for commission on that purchase.
1.3 Existing Sarah Haran customers cannot be claimed to have been acquired by an Ambassador prior to the acceptance date of this agreement.
2 . Remuneration
2.0 The Ambassador is not employed by Sarah Haran. The Ambassador receives commission for acquiring customers in accordance with the sales commission structure.
2.1 There are 2 versions of the tiered sales commission structure. The first applies to new customer acquisitions and the second to any further purchases by the same customer.
2.2 Sarah Haran reserves the right to alter the 2 versions of the tiered commission structures, with 1 month notice of any changes made to be given to Ambassadors.
2.3 Sarah Haran will pay commission earned by Ambassadors 1 month in arrears (e.g. any commission earned during the month of June will be paid at the end of July).
2.4 Commission earned will be paid directly into the Ambassador’s bank account.
2.5 Ambassador’s bank details should be provided to Sarah Haran 1 month in advance of the initial expected remuneration date to ensure timely payment.
2.6 Commission will not be paid on items returned by the customer, for any reason, within the current returns period - (ie 14 days)
2.7 All commission is paid on the retail price paid by the customer, after any discounts. Commission will not be paid on the VAT portion of the RRP.
2.8 An Ambassador will not earn commission on their own personal purchases.
2.9 Sarah Haran must be notified of any incorrect payment of commission within 7 days of the incorrect payment. After this time payments will be regarded as accepted.
2.10 Ambassadors will earn commision on repeat orders from one customer for 6 months from the date of first order.
3 Conduct
3.0 An Ambassador must be open and transparent about the purpose and substance of any customer communication, meeting or event with Sarah Haran HQ.
3.1 An Ambassador is always exemplary in their behaviour, friendly, respectful and in no way obtrusive to customers or potential customers.
3.2 Any customer communication, meeting or event should be conducted in a way that is appropriate to the Sarah Haran brand image.
3.3 Only imagery and language provided by, or authorised by Sarah Haran, should be used in customer social media content and communication.
3.4 The current prices and promotional prices offered by Sarah Haran determine the price of the products to the customer. Customer discounts at the discretion of the Ambassador, that are not specified in the current pricing, are not permitted under any circumstances.
3.5 An Ambassador should not make any false claims about the Sarah Haran product to the customer and should recommend the product based on either personal experience of the product, or on information available on the Sarah Haran website.
3.6 An Ambassador is not permitted to respond to press and blogger queries relating to Sarah Haran products and must forward all such queries directly to Sarah Haran.
4 Agreement
An Ambassador must confirm their acceptance of this agreement by sending an email to hello@sarahharan.com, prior to contacting any customers.

Any infringement of this agreement by Sarah Haran or the Ambassador will cause the immediate termination of the agreement.
In the event of a termination of this agreement, commission due according to this agreement, will be paid by Sarah Haran under the terms outlined in term 2 Remuneration.
