Our Joy Loyalty Programme is our way of saying thank you for being part of Sarah Haran. Earn points as you shop and spend time with us, then use them towards treats to bring you a little more joy.

You can earn points by participating in our Joy program, signing up, placing orders, following us on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, and other engaging activities listed on our loyalty page.

Fantastic and thank you for your loyalty. As long as your subscription is up to date you will have been added to the programme when we launched on 24 September. No. If you are an Inner Circle Member you will have been added to the Inner Circle tier and you will no longer need to use the VIP code. Let someone you love in on the Sarah Haran secret. Share your referral code with a friend and, when they make their first purchase using it, you’ll both receive a wonderful thank you from us.

When your friend makes their first purchase using your referral code, they’ll enjoy a special Joy welcome saving of 20% and you’ll receive 2,000 Joy points as our thank you for sharing the joy.

Our Joy tiers offer exclusive benefits such as early access to sales and promotions, special savings on style consultations, double point events, and more. Each tier offers unique perks to enhance your shopping experience. There are 3 tiers and you will be offered the opportunity to join as soon as you purchase from us.

You can check your current tier status by logging into your account on our website. Your tier is determined by the total points you have earned. All Inner Circle VIP members will have been enrolled when the programme was set up. Contact hello@sarahharan.com if you are unsure.

Yes points will expire as long at the end of each year in December. Make sure you use them by then as they cannot be carried forward. Contact hello@sarahharan.com if you need advice

Yes, you can combine your points with other discounts unless stated otherwise in the reward terms and conditions.

For every £1 spent, you earn 1 point. The points can be accumulated and used to redeem various rewards.

To redeem your points, log into your account, navigate to the rewards section, and choose the reward you wish to redeem. Follow the instructions to apply the reward to your purchase.

No you can refer as many friends as you like. We are all about spreading joy so there should be no limits on that! You never know, but if you invite lots of friends we might even invite you to join our Brand Ambassador programme.

Simply share your code with friends who are new to Sarah Haran and follow the programme terms. We check referrals to make sure everyone is rewarded fairly; if a referral doesn’t qualify, its points may be removed.
