We are delighted to welcome you to the Sarah Haran SHwap Wardrobe. No more spreadsheets or scrabbling around to find what you have at the back of your wardrobe, use the SHwap Wardrobe anytime, anywhere! 

Not only can you effortlessly organise and view all your bags and accessories in one place we have added in some other benefits to assist you in managing your Sarah Haran collection -

• running out of space in your physical wardrobe? Then list items for resale in the "Pre-Loved" section that will be open to all VIP's to purchase from. 
• discover pre-loved items that other Sarah Haran VIP's are looking to resell - just like you do in the quarterly SHwap SHops
• be alerted by our unique Unicorn SHwapper when other VIP's are searching for an item that you already own. You just never know, you might want to sell to fund your own unicorn or collection update.

Developed in partnership with our friends at Charles  we have used all the knowledge we have gained over the past few years of the SHwap SHop to create a unique digital tool that will assist our VIP community in managing their collections. We have beta tested with VIP SHooper Troopers but this is the first release of what we believe will unlock endless possibilities for you so bear with us on any teething issues. We will also add new releases over the coming months to continually adapt and improve the SHwap Wardrobe service. Ideas are always welcome!

What is the Sarah Haran SHwap Wardrobe?

The Sarah Haran SHwap Wardrobe is a unique and easy way to engage with your Bags of Joy! Once you register on the SHwap Wardrobe all the purchases you have made will be listed in your personal digital wardrobe.

What are the benefits of registering?

Registering for the SHwap Wardrobe offers you a personalised and convenient way to manage your Sarah Haran collection. By registering you benefit from:

• An online wardrobe: your Sarah Haran wardrobe becomes digital, see everything in one place, with an image of the item, the price you paid and when you purchased the item

• Personalised offers: receive offers from our Unicorn SHwapper to resell items in your wardrobe that other VIP's are looking for in exchange for a Sarah Haran gift card.

• Buy new for less: update your collection by using the proceeds from your selling of items to purchase a new Sarah Haran item. 

• Effortless reselling: list your items in your wardrobe for resale with just a click. Forget the need for listing, taking photos, and negotiating prices. We do it all for you!

• Discover pre-loved treasures: search for your unicorn or other items and our Unicorn Shwapper will help you by alerting other VIP's who have the item to see if they would like to resell it. Imagine the joy you will feel when you finally have the unicorn item you have always wanted in your wardrobe.

• Increase your sustainability credentials: you may have an item that you have adored but feel is now not getting the love you once had for it. Register it in the pre loved section and let another VIP love the item as much as you once did. Not only do you spread joy to another VIP, but you increase your own sustainability credentials by passing on. It’s a win-win opportunity to refresh your wardrobe and spread joy!

How do I register to see my digital wardrobe?

Your digital wardrobe is automatically created when you register with the Sarah Haran SHwap Wardrobe. Simply log in using the email address you registered when you set up your Sarah Haran account for purchasing. You will then be able to view all your Sarah Haran purchases in one place. 

Can other VIP's see my personal wardrobe?

The wardrobe is completely personal to you and no other VIP can see the contents of your wardrobe, so do not worry, no one can view your wardrobe. The only person that can see your wardrobe is you and our AI Unicorn SHwapper who helps keep your wardrobe tidy.

Who is the "Unicorn SHwapper"?

She is our unique AI programme that enables us to keep your wardrobe tidy, add your new purchases and enables you to add photographs and list your items for sale. Think of her as your personal wardrobe tidier (if only she would come and tidy my physical wardrobe) and your alert service for when another VIP is searching for a Unicorn that you might already have in your wardrobe. We have taught her to keep her eye on all the registered wardrobes and regularly let you know if another VIP is searching for an item or their unicorn. If she sees an item they want in your wardrobe, she will let you know so that you can consider selling the item to the VIP. You can spread joy by helping another VIP find their Unicorn. How joyful is that!

What if I do not want to be contacted by the Unicorn SHwapper to sell my items?

If you decide you want to use the wardrobe but do not want to ever have the Unicorn SHwapper look at your wardrobe you can opt out. Simply email support@charles.app  and they will arrange this for you. 

How does the Pre Loved Treasures section work?

The Pre Loved Treasures section is where all items that VIP's want to sell are displayed.  By purchasing from the pre loved section you do not need to worry about the authenticity of an item as only items purchased directly from Sarah Haran will be available for resale in the pre loved section.

You can list any item you want to sell at any time. To sell by simply clicking on the "I want to sell" button next to the item. The Unicorn SHwapper then automatically lists the item with all the details, photos and the price in the Pre Loved section. Other VIP's will regularly visit and make their purchases.  Charles may also market the item on their network which includes EBay, Vinted and Vestiaire Collective to help increase the opportunity to sell the item. You do not need to do anything else and will be notified once your item is sold. 

When do I receive personal offers to sell my items?

Offers become available when one of the items you have in your wardrobe is something that another VIP is searching for - our Unicorn SHwapper will alert you that a VIP is looking for an item and she will make you an offer to sell the item. Be quick to accept the offer because another VIP might also have the same item in their wardrobe, and they will receive the same offer to sell. Whoever has the fastest fingers and decides the quickest to sell may beat you to it!

How am I contacted when there is an offer for one of my items?

Keep an eye on your inbox. You will be alerted via email when an offer is available for your items. All offers are also available on your wardrobe page.

Are there any fees to pay when I receive an offer to sell an item?

The offer price you will receive will be the final price net of fees.

Who is able to sell or purchase in the SHwap Wardrobe?

Only VIP's in the Sarah Haran community will be able to sell or purchase using our service. This way we can ensure the authenticity of the items that are being sold or purchased. You do have to have a current VIP annual subscription to use the service.

I have listed some items for sale but I cannot see them in a Pre Loved section. Have I done something wrong?

No, right now we need to have items available to sell so we are relying on the VIP's to list (or not) items. Once there are enough items will open the Pre Loved for you to browse.

I have accepted an offer. What should I do next?

• Check the item’s condition: only items in Brand New, Excellent or Very Good condition are eligible.
• Pack your item: in a suitable package for shipping.
• Ship the item: use the relevant shipping label that we will provide and follow the shipping instructions provided.

What is the condition of items accepted for resale?

Only items in Brand New, Excellent or Very Good condition are accepted. Please refer to the below definitions to determine the condition of your items.

• Brand new: The piece has never been worn or used and is as good as brand new.
• Excellent: The piece has barely been used or worn and has minimal signs of usage.
• Very good: The piece has been used or worn and has some signs of wear.
• Good: The piece has been used or worn and has moderate signs of wear.
• Moderate: The piece has obvious signs of wear (hard scratches, stains).

Do I receive cash when I sell my items?

No. The SHwap Wardrobe is about providing you with a service that enables you to manage your wardrobe, purchase new items from the Sarah Haran collection or search for your Unicorns or pre loved items. For any items you sell the proceeds will be redeemable via Sarah Haran gift cards that you can use when you are making a new purchase in the Sarah Haran store.

How do I use my Sarah Haran gift cards?

All proceeds from resale are issued in a Sarah Haran store gift card. Use the gift card code at checkout to redeem its value against any new purchases.

What if I no longer own some of the items in my wardrobe?

You can remove items from your wardrobe that you no longer own by clicking the ‘I no longer own this item’.

Can I add Sarah Haran items bought from the SHwap SHop or other resale marketplaces?

No, you are only able to see items you bought directly from the Sarah Haran store.

Why can't I see all of my Sarah Haran items in my wardrobe?

All of the items you purchased directly from the Sarah Haran store are visible in your wardrobe. If there are any items missing please contact the support team.

Why do some of my items not have an image?

There may be instances where your items do not have images because the item is no longer available in the Sarah Haran store. If this is the case it is very simple for you to simply take a picture of the item with your phone and load it directly into your wardrobe. 

What if I want to sell my items myself on other market places?

You can of course use other third party market places to buy and sell Sarah Haran products independently of the SHwap Wardrobe. If you do list on our service and other market places you may see your items being sold by Charles partners as well. 

How is the SHwap Wardrobe different from eBay, Vinted, and other resale marketplaces?

This is an exclusive Sarah Haran service enabling you to see your wardrobe digitally online and help you manage it in an effortless way. As part of Sarah Haran SHwap Wardrobe, you can resell your items seamlessly across the Sarah Haran community in exchange for a store gift card. This saves you the hassle of listing, taking photos, and negotiating prices as we do it all for you! No longer worry about the authenticity of an item as only items purchased directly from Sarah Haran store will be available for resale on the platform. Charles in addition to the partners with third party marketplaces to resell items.

Do I need to worry about my data being shared?

You do not need to worry about your data being shared. As a Sarah Haran customer your data is safe as detailed in our privacy policy which you can view here: https://sarahharan.com/pages/privacy No data has been shared outside of our database and no unauthorised third parties can access data. By registering to any Sarah Haran service, only the data relevant to that service will be used to enable the service to work.
