We are the only handbag company that rewards you with a unique complimentary handbag or gift to thank you for your loyalty!

Spend £695 in a quarter and receive a handbag or spend £395 for a gift. By being part of the programme, very penny you spend with us accumulates towards your complimentary gift.

We launch a new programme every quarter and the spend during that quarter accumulates. You will be sent your comp gift as soon as you achieve your spend

Yes, but you need to join our VIP Club. This costs £35 initially and £25 in subsequent years. Its really worth it as you get lots of insider information, have access to our Clubroom and there is also other surprises and events that only a VIP gets to attend

We produce in small quantities, so to ensure you do not miss out, you should reserve your gift in advance.

The reservation charge is £5 and we hold your gift until the required quarterly spend is met. Each time we run our complimentary gift programme, you will be able to pay £5 to reserve the bag that is on offer during that period. If you do not meet the spend, the £5 reservation fee is non-refundable.

Reservations MUST be done in a separate transaction to all other purchases.

Please do not reserve more than one gift at once. we will cancel extra reservations.

The spend levels are as follows:

£695 = 1 Complimentary handbag

£395 = 1 Complimentary accessory

£1,390 + = 1 Limited Complimentary bag

To receive a complimentary accessory, the required spend is £395. To receive a complimentary bag, the required spend is £695. Please note these are treated separately. So if you wanted an accessory and a bag, the required spend would be £1,090.

You can take part in the programme as many times as you want, and we will send your complimentary gifts out in date order of when they have been reserved. So if you reserve an accessory first, we will send out as soon as the £395 spend is met. If you reserve a bag first, we will send out as soon as the £695 is met.

If you have spent and received all the complimentary bags or accessories you will be able to reserve a special limited edition complimentary bag. This is only available after all existing comp gifts have been received by you.

During the quarter you can reserve as many times as you wish to collect all the comp bags and accessories n that quarter, but you can only reserve 1 bag or 1 accessory at any time. Once you achieve the level you can reserve again

£695 spend = 1 Comp Bag

£395 spend = 1 Comp Accessory

Limited edition gifts are occasionally included in the gift programme. Depending on the number of complimentary bags on offer (usually 2 or 4), to qualify for this exclusive gift you will have spent £1,390 (ie received 2 comp bags) or £2,780 (ie received 4 comp bags). You will be contacted at the time and shown the limited edition so you can reserve.

Please note - you can only reserve the limited edition gift having reserved all other complimentary bags on offer in any quarter.

We know that sometimes you panic and cannot decide, so of course the Joy Fairies will be happy to work out a swap for you. But help us to help you by following this simple guide:

- Decide what you would like to swap to - is it the colour, the hardware or the gift?

- Then order again what you want. There will be another charge, but it means you do get what you really really want this time round.

- Then email us at hello@sarahharan.com and let us know. That way we can get the Joy Fairies to remove your previous order from the shelf and swap it. We can also remove from our SHuper clever SHpreadSHeet that helps us track!

- Fulfilled complimentary bags/gifts cannot be exchanged for any other items or any additional complimentary bags added to the promotion.

Your complimentary gift will automatically be sent to you once the spend is reached during the quarter.

Your spend is tracked as soon as you reserve your bag. Please note that we do not backdate any spend (we're experts in handbags, not finance), so you must reserve prior to spending towards receiving it.

Your gift will be released at the end of the first month of the quarter if you have not spent.

We are not meaning to take away joy, but the programme is popular and we only produce the gifts in small numbers. We will let you know before we release your gift, just in case you have plans to spend.

You should have an account created using the same email address that you used when purchasing the VIP annual subscription.

As long as you use the same email address for all purchases, you will be able to track everything in your account when you login. We will automatically send you your complimentary bag once your spend is met, however if you'd like to pop a note on your order to remind us that it is due, then there is no harm in extra checking!

Yes, absolutely! You may take part in the promotion as many times as you wish (don't be shy ladies, we know you by now!), however you can only reserve one complimentary bag at a time, and reserve another once your first spend is met. We want everyone to feel the joy, and a joy shared is a joy doubled, so please don't take more than one at once and spare someone else of that warm fuzzy feeling.

- If you are naughty and reserve more than one bag at once, we will have no other option but to cancel the other reservations, and that's not fun for anyone...

- We cannot add complimentary bags to purchases retrospectively, which is why we strongly advise you to reserve first.
