Your bag must be in perfect condition, purchased directly from Sarah Haran within the past 12 months, and returned to Joy HQ within seven days. Complimentary or free items are not eligible, and all swaps must be like-for-like.

Once your original bag arrives and passes inspection, your replacement will be sent.

To secure your swap, purchase the relevant swap fee and add the bag you are returning and the bag you would like in your order notes.

New arrivals and selected styles/colours are excluded. All swaps are subject to availability.
