Our London Base: A New Home on the Water

One of the most exciting developments this year was acquiring our very own barge in Canary Wharf. This stunning space has become our London Base, a serene and chic environment perfect for hosting events, showcasing our collections, and meeting with you, our fabulous customers. The barge has truly brought our brand to life in the heart of the city, and we’ve loved welcoming so many of you aboard.

Lights, Camera, Action: Launching Our YouTube Channel

2024 also marked the launch of our YouTube Channel, a new way to connect with our community and share the essence of Sarah Haran. Our new series, 3 Bags on a Boat, has been a runaway success! Featuring celebrity guests like Anthea Turner, Kate Garraway, Vanessa Feltz, and many more, the series has offered a unique blend of style, stories, and inspiration—all set against the backdrop of our beautiful barge. This year, we continued to push the boundaries of luxury with our extra-special VIP collections. A special shoutout goes to Martina and Lesley, who became fully qualified colour consultants this year! Thanks to their expertise, we’re now able to offer full in-house style consultations at Joy HQ. Whether you’re looking for the perfect bag to match your wardrobe or want advice on enhancing your personal style, our consultations have been a game-changer in bringing personalized luxury to our customers.

Connecting Virtually: Quarterly Zoom Events

We’ve loved staying connected with you through our quarterly Zoom events, featuring incredible guest speakers like TV presenter Kaye Adams, celebrity hairstylist Nicky Clarke, podcast host Michelle Ford, and interior designer Kirsten Reed. These parties have been a wonderful way to share inspiration, tips, and laughter, all from the comfort of your home.
