This is an exclusive Sarah Haran service bringing your wardrobe online and helping you manage it in an effortless way. As part of Sarah Haran Circular, you can trade-in or resell your items seamlessly in exchange for a store gift card. Forget the need for listing, taking photos, and negotiating prices. We do it all for you.

Trade-in offers become available when one of the items you have in your wardrobe is in demand in the resale market. Be quick to accept the offer because someone else who has the same item in their wardrobe may beat you to it.

Once one of your items is eligible for a trade-in you will be notified via email. All trade-in offers will also be visible on your wardrobe page.

Pack the item in a box suitable for shipping and drop it off to the nearest drop-off location. At the drop-off location scan the QR code provided in the shipping instructions to receive the shipping label. Please ensure that you send the item within the specified period otherwise the trade will be cancelled. Find your nearest drop-off location here.

The gift card is issued once the item is delivered to the delivery location.

You can redeem the gift card at the Sarah Haran store. The gift card is valid for 4 weeks from the date of issuance.

You can remove items from your wardrobe that you no longer own by clicking the ‘I no longer own this item’.

No, you are only able to see items you bought directly from the Sarah Haran store.

All of the items you purchased directly from the Sarah Haran store are visible in your wardrobe. If there are any items missing please contact the support team.

Cash option is not available. All trade-in or resale proceeds will be in the form of a Sarah Haran gift card.

You can use the gift card on any physical SH item, sale and non sale.

You are only able to view items in your wardrobe.

If you are interested in selling an item you have in your wardrobe you can simply click the 'I want to sell button' under that item! You simply need to indicate interest to sell, we will then manage the rest. Once, we find a buyer for that item we will notify you.

You will be able to alert consumers to the condition of the bag once you accept to list it for sale.
