Materials & Care

Our Style Pop-On® pieces are created using a beautiful mix of leathers, suedes, metallic finishes and decorative materials. Many of our leather designs are crafted from exclusive or limited-edition Italian leathers, so a little thoughtful care will help preserve their finish.

For leather Style Pop-On® pieces, avoid prolonged exposure to heat, strong light, water, perfume, cosmetics and greasy substances. We do not recommend applying protective sprays to embossed, metallic or specialist limited-edition leathers, as these may alter the finish. If a piece becomes wet, gently dab it with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.

Suede pieces should be protected with a suitable suede spray before use and refreshed occasionally, following the product instructions carefully.

Metallic and hardware pieces can be gently wiped with a clean, soft cloth. Avoid chemical-based cleaners, which may damage the finish. Some natural tarnishing or oxidation can occur over time, particularly when pieces are stored for long periods or kept in dark, enclosed spaces. This is a normal characteristic of metal hardware. Where appropriate, a small amount of suitable tarnish remover may be used carefully on the affected metal area only.

We recommend storing each Style Pop-On® in its original cotton bag or carefully arranged in a drawer. Keep pieces separated to prevent scratching, snagging or rubbing against other accessories.

  • Orders under £200 are charged at £4.99.
  • Most UK and Island orders arrive within 2 working days, although we recommend allowing up to 3 working days when planning for a special occasion.

International Shipping

  • Complimentary worldwide delivery is available on orders over £500.
  • We cover export charges. Any local duties or taxes are not included and, where applicable, will be calculated and collected automatically at checkout.
  • All Orders placed before 12 noon are processed as quickly as possible and will usually be dispatched the same day, excluding weekends.

Beautifully Wrapped

  • Every order arrives in our signature Sarah Haran packaging, carefully wrapped and ready to enjoy.
  • During particularly busy periods, gifting seasons or severe winter weather, delivery may take up to 2 additional working days.
  • Where possible, we combine orders placed on the same day or over a weekend. This reduces packaging, is kinder to the planet and keeps everything beautifully simple.

Returns

  • You can return within 14 days using our easy return system. Returns will be paid by you but we can arrange a returns courier label at a cost of £6.00 in the UK
