UK and Islands

  • Enjoy complimentary delivery when you spend £200 or more.
  • Orders under £200 are charged at £4.99.
  • Most UK and Island orders arrive within 2 working days, although we recommend allowing up to 3 working days when planning for a special occasion.

International Shipping

  • Complimentary worldwide delivery is available on orders over £500.
  • We cover export charges. Any local duties or taxes are not included and, where applicable, will be calculated and collected automatically at checkout.
  • All Orders placed before 12 noon are processed as quickly as possible and will usually be dispatched the same day, excluding weekends.

  • You can return within 14 days using our easy return system. Returns will be paid by you but we can arrange a returns courier label at a cost of £6.00 in the UK
