VIP Swap Service

With growing collections, there's a possibility that you may end up with one or two duplicates along the way. If you are a VIP though you can swap an Ivy, tassel or deco (that is included in the bag) for another one. Our Signature Colours are Black, Navy, Pillarbox Red, Porcelain, Pink Kiss and Tan

You can swap for a different colour from our Signature Range, or if you wish add a Limited Edition. To do this you would pay 50% of the RRP of the product you wish to swap to.

Here is an example:  you have purchased a Dahlia and want to swap the black tassel to a leopard tassel (RRP £70), then this would be £35. Or you buy a Millie and want to swap the matching deco to a tangerine one (RRP £50) then this would be £25. 

To make this happen we charge £5 to cover the admin work associated with the swap. 

Please note this is only applicable for full price items. Sale items can be costed on a case by case basis.
